Very important wetland for nesting birds and home to Osprey's in the summer. If you are interested in nature and birds: a must. Lovely walks as well so ideal for the kids.

The Insh Marshes are considered some of the most important wetlands in Europe and are home to a wide variety of netsing and migratory birds. The surrounding area is home to a number of mammals that are sometimes spied if you are quiet.

There are good walks in the woodland that are marked out and dogs can be walked but should be kept under control so as to not disturb the nesting birds.

Suitable for kids to get them out and about and for bird and nature lovers.
