This modern semi-detached bungalow set in a quiet cul-de-sac within an exclusive private development near the Dalfaber Country Club is 1 mile from the centre of Aviemore.
A variety of sports and leisure activities are within easy reach including fishing, golf, pony trekking and hill walking on the Cairngorms. The Aviemore to Boat of Garten Steam Railway passes nearby and a trip is not only nostalgic but provides the perfect opportunity to view the magnificent scenery.
It is an ideal base to tour the Highlands and the North of Scotland from. The RSPB reserve at Boat of Garten is well worth a visit to view the famous Ospreys.
