Ground floor: Living room. Dining room with double sofa bed (for alternative sleeping)/kitchen with tiled floor. 1 double bedroom. Shower room with toilet (can be accessed from bedroom). First floor: 2 twin bedrooms, both with single futon. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
Woodburner in living room (initial fuel inc). Oil CH (underfloor in kitchen), elec, bed linen and towels inc. Freeview TV. DVD. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. T/dryer. D/washer. Freezer. 1st comment: McDonald Family 4 adults and 3 kids Had a fabulous time at Rowan Cottage. One of the best cottages we’ve stayed in. It’s in a great location, is kept immaculate and is extremely well equipped. Stayed here for 7 nights and did something different every day. Loads of cycles/walks in the area. Landmark adventure is park is on your doorstep and well worth a visit. March 2012.

Was great to see bird feeders in the front and back garden, what was great that the bird feed was there to.Excellent, made our holiday as we love nature and wildlife, and with the forest over the road what more could we want. Our friends who came with us agree with the above. Sept 2011.
