Set within ¾ of an acre of private land, this stunning Victorian villa has been renovated to a very high standard offering a boutique experience in a quiet rural location. Ideally located in the village of Kingussie, the capital of Badenoch, and right in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, there are numerous activities to keep you busy.The Cairngorm Funicular Railway transports visitors to the Ptarmigan Top Station, situated just below the Cairngorm summit. The Highland Wildlife Park is home to wildlife from around Scotland as well as many endangered animals from international mountains and tundra. Waltzing Waters offers the world’s most elaborate water, light and music production, and there are a variety of castles, garden and distilleries to visit. Stunning scenic walks, horse riding, cycling, mountain climbing, golf, shooting, fishing, watersports and skiing are available locally. Inverness (the highland capital), Loch Ness and Fort William are also easily reached. Shops 300 yards, pub 400 yards.

1st comment: Very roomy property, comfortable sitting room, large well-equipped kitchen. The snooker room is spacious and a great place to relax in the evening. Not the usual holiday home fittings and furniture - they are of the highest quality and very stylish. The best holiday property I’ve ever stayed in... April 2012.
