6 Family Run luxury renovated Coach Houses in a central location offering rural tranquillity amidst the beauty of Perthshire Tay Valley. 2 miles from Perth City Centre. Ideal base for travelling or relaxing and enjoying the scenic surroundings. Properties sleep 2 to 6.

The Coach house development settles on the hillside above the Kinfauns Castle set within one of the most breathtaking and scenic views within Perthshire. Originally created as stables and Coach houses for the castle, theses traditional stone built B listed buildings in attractive courtyard setting has an idyllic and exceptional accommodation, restored to complement this glorious environment, with careful thought given towards our customers luxury and enjoyment.

THE CLOCKTOWER - has been imaginatively converted to create an open plan lounge with feature arch window. The Archway was once the main entrance into the courtyard. 1 double 1 twin, kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom and cloakroom. Outside seating in the courtyard to enjoy the scottish sunshine. Sleeps 4

COACH HOUSE 1 - was once the Blacksmiths cottage. This is an ideal retreat for 2. Lounge, kitchen, bathroom, 1 double room. Outside seating in The courtyard.

COACH HOUSE 3 - once stables. Spacious home ideal for families or groups of 6. Large dining kitchen, lounge/dining area with living flame fire, 1 bathroom, 2 singles, 1 twin, 1 master room with ensuite, 1 bathroom and cloak room. There is a private sun terrace to the rear of the property.

COACH HOUSE 4 and 5 used to house the Coaches. Theses luxury houses are ideal for parties, families, part disabled and the elderly. Large lounge with living flame stone fireplace and french doors leading onto a private sun terrace. Spacious kitchen with lowered work tops and appliances, separate utility, a double room with walk in shower with handrails, 2 twin rooms, ensuite, main bathroom. Both sleep 6.

COACH HOUSE 8 - was the dance hall. Fully fitted dining kitchen, Bathroom, Lounge, double room with ensuite,on the upper level- 1 twin room and additional sitting area. sleeps 4 to 5. Ideal for couples or families or groups of 4. Outside seating area in courtyard.
Perth has an abundance to offer, sports, history, activities, shopping, theatre, arts, restaurants to name a few.

 

1 to 2 pets must be arranged in advance through management. £25 surcharge per Pet.

 Travel cot and High chair available on request.
