st comment: The accommodation was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is also very good for access to the highlands and the Ski resort at Glenshee (one hours drive away) and of course Perth and Dundee are also close at hand. April 2012.
nd comment: This property was lovely, quiet and comfortable, the reclining chairs in the sun room were great, the garden was lovely and our little dog loved it! The welcome pack was a nice touch and the caretaker lady very helpful. April 2012.
rd comment: Great to be back again... another wonderful stay! March 2012.
th comment: Having been using self catering holidays for well over 20 years, this holiday was the best yet! December isn’t the usual time to take a holiday, but my boss said take them or lose them! We arrived on a cold evening, but teh house was piping hot, the welcome from the caretaker was friendly without being intrusive and the "extras" in the fridge and cupboards was a welcome bonus. The rooms were spacious and the huge bed we slept in was fantastic - firm mattress - my wife said it wa steh best sleep she had had in years! Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with soap and toilet rolls. Kitchen was great and all the appliances worked well! The dishwasher had an ample supply of detergent and it was obviously a real home - a lot of thought had gone into preparing it. Dec 2011.
th comment: Excellent accommodation. Would definitely recommend. Very well equipped property with everything you could wish for and more besides. Welcomed by very friendly and helpful caretaker and found basic supplies in fridge which were very useful on arrival. Will certainly go there again if we are in that area. Aug 2011.

Ideal for dogs too with the enclosed garden and long walks across the road. Definitely worth a return visit in the future. May 2011.
th comment: Everything was so clean and welcoming... down to food in the fridge (milk, butter, eggs), bread, and even flowers on the lounge table.
