Peacefully situated at the end of a leafy residential cul-de-sac on the edge of town, this first floor maisonette is a short walk from the famous Festival Theatre, the River Tummel and Loch Faskally with its Hydro Electric Visitor Centre and salmon ladder and less than half a mile from the town centre. Tastefully decorated with a Rennie MacIntosh theme, the apartment is fitted and furnished to a high standard and is very comfortable. A stair lift allows access for assisted disabled guests. There is a safely enclosed well-kept garden with garden furniture, summer house and a secure storage shed for sports equipment or bikes.
Set amidst magnificent scenery, Pitlochry is a particularly popular and attractive little town which retains many Victorian features and regularly wins Britain in Bloom awards. There is a large choice of restaurants and pubs, good local shops, a challenging golf course, boating on the loch and an extensive network of footpaths round the town, the loch and into the surrounding hills. Places to visit include two distilleries, Blair Castle, the Pass of Killiecrankie and many other historic sites.
