Rooms are bright, sunny and tastefully decorated and there is a private patio with garden furniture and extensive shared grounds. Quietly and conveniently situated in the grounds of the owners' guest house, the apartment is only a few minutes’ walk from excellent shops, restaurants, pubs, the railway station and Loch Faskally.
Pitlochry is an attractive Victorian resort set amidst wooded mountain scenery in the valley of the River Tummel with a wide range of facilities including the renowned Festival Theatre, a challenging golf course and a fascinating hydro-electric power station with salmon ladder and exhibition. There are lovely parks and an extensive network of footpaths round the loch, along the river and into the surrounding countryside. This is the geographical centre of Scotland and is therefore an ideal base for touring and exploring – north into the Cairngorms National Park, west to Rannoch Moor and Glen Lyon or south for lochs, glens and more. There are many historic sites to visit including Blair Castle and the Pass of Killiecrankie, whisky distilleries and excellent shopping at House of Bruar.
1 bedroom with zip-link beds (please specify if double or twin required), spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen, shower room. Cooking by electricity, gas central heating. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, LCD television, DVD, CD player, i-pod dock. Bed linen and towels provided. Cot and high chair available.

"Shame about the view..."
Lovely place Pitlochry, we are up every year same time for the canoeing event. We usually stay in aberfeldy but thought we would try pitlochry as there is more to do. Lovely stay and will definetly stay there again, probably not in the apartment again though. Beautifully decorated and high spec but lacked relaxing views of scotland, with a car park gravelled area to the front and a brick wall to look at when you wake up. Sadly we had people staying in the apartment above which we could hear every movement. Such is the nature of apartments i guess.
