Tucked away on the edge of a historic village at the end of a quiet lane twisting down from the main street, these two excellent semi-detached properties sit between a pretty little stream and open countryside and have landscaped gardens, patios with furniture and private parking. The properties were completely refurbished for 2011 and offer exceptionally well-appointed interiors within the unspoiled exterior of one of the oldest buildings in the village. Dunning is a peaceful place at the foot of the Ochil Hills, which offer excellent walking, yet only 2 miles off the main road north and therefore an ideal base for exploring Perthshire, Stirling, the Trossachs and Loch Lomond. There are local shops and inns, a golfcourse and a bowling club while Perth, 10 miles away has quality restaurants, shops and leisure facilities.

A former Georgian weaver's bothy which has been beautifully converted to a stylish studio apartment offering well appointed accommodation for a couple or single person. The bothy retains many original features including exposed beams.
Open plan living/dining/kitchen/sleeping area with log burning stove, shower room. Cooking by gas hob/electric oven, gas central heating. Fridge, microwave, television, DVD, CD, Wi Fi, radio. Shared laundry room/utility. Bed linen and towels provided. Cot available.
Logs provided for stove.

"Little Gem"
Lovely weekend spent here whilst visiting family. The Bothy was a little gem - cosy and comfortable with everything necessary for our break away. The area pretty, people friendly, and excellent for dog walking. Ideal base.

"Perfect week"
We stayed in the Bothy for a week at Easter and had a fabulous time. The owners have thoughtfully equipped the Bothy to ensure you have everything you could possibly need. The wood burning stove is an absolute treat especially to ease the aches and pains encountered after walking around the stunning scenery of the surrounding area.

"fantastic"
The owners were extremely helpful and they also had great advise on the local area, the property was very well kitted out , the location was just perfect for walks, beautiful area, also it wasn't far from Perth. I would highly recommend this property,as it has all the home comforts that you require,for a great week away from every day life.

"Very relaxing holiday"
It was me and the dog, it was a perfect area for dog walking. The owners are very nice and helpful and also all the local people are very friendly. I do not drive so just walked locally, but it would be an ideal base to stay and explore Perthshire. Two local shops and they had good stock of everything I needed. I liked the quiet situtation of "The Bothy", I thoroughley enjoyed my week there
