This spacious four bedroom detached bungalow is situated on the edge of the small village of Monreith which lies in South West Scotland.
The holiday property has a sunny conservatory and an extensive naturally landscaped garden with a small stream running through.
It is an ideal area for walking, relaxing, playing on the beach or having a game of golf on the local 9 hole course.
Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
All on ground floor: Living room. Dining room. Kitchen. Conservatory. 4 bedrooms: 2 double, 2 twin, one with 2 additional singles. Bathroom with toilet. Shower room with toilet.
Oil CH and elec inc (£35pw Oct-Apr). Bed linen inc. Cot. Video. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. Freezer. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Portable BBQ. Parking (3 cars). NB: There is a small stream in the garden.
