Customer Reviews of Braemar, Ayrshire Coast - Sleeps 2
st comment: A two star rating does not do justice to this property at all, it has everything, views, comfort, location, owners thoughtfulness, all in all highly recommended. If I was being ultra pedantic maybe a double bed instead of two singles though. May 2012.
nd comment: The property was a second home, not just a holiday let. Every home comfort, then some. Stunning views. Lovely area. May 2012.
rd comment: Although dated, the property is very comfortable and well maintained. It is better than comes across in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped and the oven is modern, there was plenty of hot water and the bathroom was perfectly adequate. The weather was fantastic while we were there, even the grey days were warm, so we didn’t have a need to use any of the heating, including the log burner. The bedroom was functional and comprised of two singles which cannot be moved together. The location is amazing with excellent views across to Aisla Craig. There is plenty of wildlife in the near proximity, with seals visible from the front window. There is plenty of places to visit nearby, but a car is essential. Although we never actually met the owner, she was very welcoming and easy going. All in all an excellent holiday and if we return to that area we would be more than happy to stay in this property again. July 2011.
th comment: Great location for a very peaceful holiday. Plent of wildlife, including seals basking in the sea which could be viewed with binoculars from the living room of the property. Nearest shops are approx six miles in either direction so ensure all necessary supplies are taken and then plan accordingly. Arrived late on first day so did not meet owner, however, bottle of wine, flowers on the table and welcome letter really appreciated. May 2011.
th comment: The views were fantastic and the property had everything you needed. Aug 2010.
