This superbly located Princes Street apartment has spectacular unrestricted views to Edinburgh Castle and offers visitors a rare opportunity to enjoy a city break at a prestigious address. Situated on the 2nd floor of a traditional building, the apartment is one of eight and there is a video entry system. The interior is very generously proportioned, the rooms are bright, airy and traditionally furnished. This would be a good choice for a comfortable family holiday in a magnificent city centre location. Meter parking in city centre, car parks within 15 minutes walk, free street parking 25 minutes walk. Preferable to arrive by taxi as private cars cannot travel eastwards along Princes St.
Princes Street is at the heart of the capital city and the apartment is most convenient for the excellent shopping and amenities including theatres, cinemas, art galleries, museums, restaurants and bars.
Master double bedroom with en suite shower-room, further double bedroom - both rooms enjoy the panoramic outlook, single bedroom (chair bed available), drawing room with large bay window, large open plan kitchen with breakfast bar separating the dining area, bathroom with corner bath (shower over) . Cooking by electricity, gas central heating. Fridge, freezer, auto washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave, television, telephone by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are provided.

"Right in the middle of the action!"
Excellent location. Everything we needed was included in the apartment. It was clean and comfortable, only one issue though, as we were leaving, I saw a mouse disappear in the skirting board of the main bedroom! This was probably because the council had disturbed them in laying the tram tracks.

"Can't beat the view."
Service was very good from MacKay agency. Great home, fantastic location, central to all of our needs. Loved the large rooms, heating worked well, lots of hot water and all amenities were available. The stairs to the home were a bit of a challenge. Would not work for everyone.

"Central location, great views, easy access everywhere"
The apartment is spacious and well located. There is internet access, washing machine and other amenities. The interior is tired from the 70s, but overall it is quite comfortable. Great for families.
