In an excellent location in the heart of the New Town, this lovely apartment is part of a single row of Victorian tenements, tucked away in a quiet street. The attractive interior is well presented and comfortably furnished to offer an excellent holiday flat for friends or a couple. It enjoys a quiet aspect on the 3rd floor with entry system. The stair has not been refurbished and there is meter parking nearby.
The apartment would be an excellent choice for visitors wishing to make the most of all the central amenities and a short walk will lead you to the West End of Princes St. Nearby is the lovely 'village' of Stockbridge, which sits alongside the Water of Leith and offers lovely opportunities for scenic riverside walks. The area has a bohemian vibe, which combines beautifully with the selection of delis, cafes, teahouses and delightful antique and speciality shops.
1 large bedroom with zip link beds (can be superking bed or twin beds), comfortable lounge/dining room with feature fireplace, smart, newly fitted kitchen, contemporary bathroom with shower over bath. Cooking by electricity, gas central heating and gas fire. Fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, TV with freeview and DVD. Bed linen and towels provided.

"Very good."
Excellent location. The apartment has been tastefully decorated. Handy to all amenities. Stockbridge is a great area with all necessary services and a good range of shops/cafes. All facilities in the apartment are very good. The shower/bath setup is very good. A private and quiet apartment. Other than the shower which was very good, the other supply of hot water was very poor. We had to boil water in the electric jug for doing dishes and for myself to have a shave each morning. This should have been checked out before the apartment was let.
