"nice flat close to city center on a silent street"
Stayed for 5 days in this appartment and we are very pleased. It was clean and furnished in a coosy stile. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen was well equipped. After earlier experience on renting a flat on a busy street with lot´s of pubs, this was a nice experience and there was nothing that disturbed a good night sleep. Owner of the flat was very friendly and even had bought some breakfast to us, since we arrived late, thank you.

"A lovely flat in the centre of Edinburgh"
We could not have received a warmer welcome to the flat and it was made quite clear that we should ring if there were any problems - though we didn't need to. The location is really good - very close to the Edinburgh Playhouse, a short walk from Princes Street and surrounded by restaurants. The flat was very comfortable and contained everything we could need for our stay.

"Piece of Mind"
Great location, close to the town centre. Well fitted out apartment which allowed us to be flexible and enjoy our stay. If you are looking for a self catering apartment I would recommend this one. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Edinburgh.

"Very good flat for a couple"
The flat was clean and well-equipped, with plenty of room for a couple. Good selection of novels and guidebooks to borrow as well.Nice quiet location, and near to Valvona and Crolla's marvellous delicatessen and cafe.Only drawback is that the bedroom doesn't have enough space for a chair.

"Welcoming, convenient"
Being able to get the keys directly from Mackay's was very convenient. The flat is well supplied - particularly appreciated the Emma Bridgewater teapot. The location is quiet, but just off the top of Leith Walk. Adding WiFi would be a big improvement.
