This simply furnished 3rd floor flat is part of a modern residential development with shared grounds and residents parking. The property is situated in the Newington area of Edinburgh and enjoys magnificent views to Salisbury Crags.
Newington lies on the south side of the city, 2 miles from Princes St which is easily accessible by bus. Locally, amenities are excellent with a wide variety of shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. The open parkland around Arthur's Seat is within a short distance and offering scope for lovely walks and a climb to the top will reward you with spectacular views across the city to the Pentland Hills or the Firth of Forth and Fife hills beyond. The nearby Commonwealth Pool has excellent leisure facilities. Attractions within walking distance include Our Dynamic Earth and the Pleasance Theatre. For some retail therapy, head to the Cameron Toll Centre, Newcraighall or the Fort Shopping Complex.
