Nestling in the scenic little village of Lochgoilhead, this well-presented, detached bungalow is a short stroll from the pebbled shoreline of majestic Loch Goil, which is surrounded by the Arrochar Alps. The interior is smart and comfortable and there are enclosed gardens to the front and rear with garden furniture for al-fresco dining. This charming holiday home has something for all the family to enjoy and is very well situated for exploring the surrounding areas. All rooms are on the ground level and the property may suit some visitors with wheelchairs or those with walking difficulties.
The village sits on the southern edge of the mountains surrounding Glen Croe and is in one of the most picturesque, remote, mountainous and wilderness parts of the southern highlands. There is a Post Office, village store, and a selection of pubs and hotels. Numerous recreational activities are available locally including watersports, pony trekking, fishing, golf, cycling, boating and swimming. For walkers, the 90k Cowal Way passes through the village on its way from Portavadie to Inveruglas.
