Centrally located in the beautiful Appin area of Argyll, this holiday property offers an excellent base for touring the west coast of Scotland, convienient for Inverary, Oban, Mull, Skye and Ardnamurchan. Climb or ski in the mountains of Glencoe or Fort William’s Nevis Range. The Fort William to Oban cycle/walking track is only a few yards from the cottage. Nearby Cuil Bay on Loch Linnie has shoreline walking and also close are mountain forest trails, ideal for walking and observing wildlife. Horse riding, sea sports, fishing and other outdoor pursuits are available in the area. The perfect location offering space and freedom to relax and unwind. There are good restaurants nearby. Shop 1 mile, pub ¾ mile.

8th comment: The owner telephoned me with clear instructions for our arrival - lovely lady. She sent us a letter after the holiday thanking us for leaving the cottage in a clean condition - this was a very nice gesture on her part and meant a lot to us. Lovely location - central for Glencoe and Fort William. Beautiful enclosed garden for the doggies. The owner took on board the feed back we left. April 2009.
