The Steading is a tower shaped cottage on the outskirts of the village of Kinloss near Forres and Findhorn, 10 miles from Elgin in Morayshire.

The property sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double leading to one second floor twin, as well as a shower room, which is accessed via the first floor sitting area.

There is also has a kitchen, sitting room with electric fire and a first floor dressing room/sitting area.

Outside there is ample off road parking and a gravel garden area with furniture and barbecue.
