The Salmon House in Fortingall Glen Lyon - sleeps 4
The Salmon House is a terraced cottage located in the small village of Fortingall at the base of the very beautiful Glen Lyon near to Kenmore in Perthshire. Fortingall is famous for its yew tree which 3000 years old. Glen Lyon is arguably Scotland's most beautiful glen and stretches some 40 miles into the mountains. All around the area there are interesting things to do and see and there is excellent shopping in Aberfeldy, Kenmore and near Menzird at House of Menzies on the Aberfeldy - Fortingall road (5 miles)
The cottage can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one twin, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen with breakfast area, dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove.
On the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a private lawned area to the rear with patio and furniture, together with shared lawned area.

The House was very nice and we liked the wood stove very much. The little village was a surprise, because on Friday evening there is lief music and that was really great with the locals. It is a beautiful place.

The Salmon House was definitely the best choice we could made for our holiday. Perfect style of the house and all tiny details, nice place in the garden, wonderful ambience around, sufficient space in all rooms.
