Located in an elevated position adjacent to other properties, overlooking the banks of Loch Lubnaig, this holiday cottage offers an open plan interior and is ideally situated by the A84 in an AONB within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Local activities include walking for all abilities, on and off road cycling with many cycle tracks to explore and cycle hire available in Callander, trout and salmon fishing in the lochs and rivers. Pony trekking and horse riding are also on offer. Glasgow is easily accessible by car, as is Stirling with its castle, Wallace Monument and Mill Trail. Shops and pubs 1 mile.
Steps to entrance. Ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. First floor: 2 twin bedrooms. Bathroom with toilet.

1st comment: The property is located in a picturesque setting. Calendar is just a few minutes drive away with many hiking trail opportunities as well as good food and shopping. We visited the William Wallace Monument, Stirling Castle and Glasgow all of which were fantastic. We would definitely go again and highly recommend this cottage to others. Oct 2011.

Ideally located to explore the beautiful Trossachs National Park Area, and well situated for longer trips into the West or East Highlands. Great facilities in nearby Callander.
