Overlooking the banks of Loch Lubnaig and in an elevated position this holiday property is easily accessed from the A84. Cycle hire is available in Callander and there are miles of cycle tracks to suit all abilities, as well as walking trails. Horse riding and trekking are available locally. Glasgow, Stirling Castle, the William Wallace monument and the Mill Trail close by. Shops and pub 1 mile.
Ground floor: Living/dining room with patio doors/kitchen. 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. First floor: 2 twin bedrooms. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet.
NSH, elec, bed linen and towels inc. T/cot. H/chair. Satellite TV. DVD and small library. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. D/washer. F/freezer. Landscaped garden and furniture. Ample parking. Natural water supply from spring. No smoking. NB: The garden has a steep overhang and there are 16 steps to the parking area.
