Commanding lovely views over the hills beyond, this semi-detached cottage sits alongside the eye-catching Tormore distillery.
There is walking on the Speyside Way, the Malt Whisky Trail starting almost at the door, climbing in the Cairngorms, fishing on the Spey, a trip on the Strathspey steam railway at Boat of Garten, osprey watching at scenic Loch Garten, mountain biking, quad treks and archery at Craggan, and 9 hole golf at Ballindalloch (5 minute drive).
There are many castles to visit, starting with Ballindalloch Castle. To the north are the unspoiled beaches of the Moray coast.

1st comment: A lovely warm holiday home in a great location for exploring Moray and Highland. Lots for families to do round about such as Landmark Forest Adventure Park. Handy location if you want to visit the osprey centre at Loch Garten. While we were there we had an unseasonable foot of snow! This was absolutely beautiful and added to our enjoyment. If you are visiting at a time of year when snow is likely, make sure you are stocked up on food! March 2012.
