This excellent holiday home sits on an elevated position in a quiet residential street on the edge of this charming and historic little town. Completely refurbished to a very high standard, with all rooms on one level the bungalow is only a short walk to local shops and inns. The house is bright and warm and the many personal touches and comprehensive tourist information make it particularly welcoming for visitors. The mature, enclosed garden is well kept with a sheltered patio and garden furniture.
Dornoch is renowned for championship links golf courses, miles of golden sands, an ancient cathedral, quaint shops and pubs. Within an easy drive are wildlife and bird reserves, picturesque old fishing villages and the vast unspoiled wilderness areas of the Sutherland moors. All around are coastal and country walks and excellent angling. Day trips can be enjoyed to explore Inverness, the rugged scenery of Wester Ross, remote and spectacular Cape Wrath and the ferry terminals for Orkney and the Outer Hebrides.
