th comment: We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Daylesford cottage was very comfortable and lived up to the high expectations that we had for it from the pics on the web-site. First time to Portsoy and the Moray coast and we thoroughly enjoyed it - lots of great beaches, fabulous cliff top walks / see views and picture-postcard perfect villages all along this unspoiled coastline. Portsoy proved to be a great base too with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, not to mention what we thought was the best ice cream shop we’ve ever visited!! We’ll definitely be back!!!! May 2008.
th Comment Excellent location, plenty to do (even when it rains). Fantastic garden, our three children loved it. July 2008.
th Comment We spent 3 wonderful weeks in the Daylesford cottage. Its location in Portsoy is just perfect, quiet, nice, very convenient, near all necessary shops by foot. Portsoy is one of the nicest ports on the Moray coast. It’s a lovely place to stay and from there visiting the whole Scotland. We will definitely come again. Aug 2008.
th Comment I found the owner very helpful at every stage of the holiday. We changed times, etc, which were taken in the owner’s stride. The cottage was excellent and we could find nothing to complain about. Dec 2007.
th Comment The house was fantastic, the housekeeper wonderful and upon our arrival we were left a basket of goodies including amongst other things, wine, fresh bread, marmalade, fresh duck eggs - it was a lovely surprise! The house was immaculate and the furnishings just right. The weather was lovely even though it was October and on the beach we were amazed to see seals resting. Overall, we had a fantastic time. Oct 2007.
