This delightful holiday cottage is on Goose Green in the heart of the village of Gullane, only 20 minutes from Edinburgh by train. One of a a small row of three, it is close to a wonderful sandy beach, within walking distance of four renowned golf courses including the world famous Muirfield, and has an array of restaurants, pubs and delightfully individual shops all within a few minutes walk. In short, there is something for everyone. Tastefully furnished and decorated, this very comfortable cottage has a bright, sunny living room and well-appointed kitchen. Take a boat trip from North Berwick round the Bass Rock, explore ancient Tantallon Castle or simply savour the peace and watch the world go by. Shop and pub 200 yards.

1st comment: Ashlea is a very clean, comfortable cottage. Gullane is an excellent centre for a relaxing holiday and we enjoyed the Seabird Centre, the Aircraft Museum and the Motor Car Museum - all within a very short distance of Gullane. Sept 2011.
2nd comment: Fantastic Cottage much bigger than we expected...the photo’s do not do it justice! So close to a beautiful beach.....a lovely place to holiday with our two children. April 2011.
