Kilchrist Castle
Early 19th century castle with striking indoor stone staircase and early indoor thunderbolt privy. Now used as self catering.
Uninhabited for a while and now sadly not open to the public. The most interesting characteristic of the building is the cantilevered internal staircase and the still used early privy beside the library.
The castle provides 7 bedrooms.
