A small, old fashioned street corner pub that serves premium quality real ales and selection of over 35 malt whiskies. A young crowd comprising mainly of students add up to the mood.

Perfect place for folkies, every night there is a open session. If you would like to known the perfect feel of the place from the bust of poet Hamish Handerson above the bar. Sandy Bell's is somewhat like Royal Oak, but worth a place. No food is served.
