Wee Howf Loch Hut
Small secluded loch side cabin near Dunblane that sleeps 2 on stilts - the house that is.
As you lift a bottle of bubbly from its refrigeration in the burn to silently watching the swallow sweep across the loch surface drinking, you will know you are at peace. This charming little cabin is perfect for the couple get-away and is handily easy to get to from Edinburgh or Glasgow. From here you can explore the Ochils, or just sit with book in hand and take in the peace and calm.
At night you can site beside the fire pit or lie in bed with a log stove (and partner) to keep you warm. You can even lie in the darkness and count the stars through the glass roof. If you really cannot sleep you could count the two highland cows or the Soay sheep!
No electricity or wifi!
