The owners occupy the adjacent Mill House and guests are welcome to enjoy the extensive landscaped gardens and sun-trap courtyard with garden furniture.
The Mill sits on a quiet lane a few yards off the main road leading west to Loch Earn (a popular spot for water sports and sailing), The Trossachs National Park and on to the West Highlands. Combined with easy access to the renowned lochs, glens and country towns of Perthshire, this location makes the ideal base for touring and exploring. There is a huge choice of golf courses, excellent walking and loch or river fishing. The pretty town of Crieff, 3 miles away, offers excellent shopping, restaurants and visitor attractions including the Famous Grouse Distillery.
1 double bedroom with en-suite shower-room (cot available), spacious open plan lounge / dining area / kitchen, small drying room, shower-room. All electric with underfloor heating.
