Customer Reviews of The Byre, nr Crieff - Sleeps 2
st comment: We stayed in a lovely, rustic barn conversion. Everything about it was excellent, especially the wood stove, the huge double bed and the internal exposed stone walls. Nov 2011.
nd comment: Spacious and attractive accommodation really off the beaten track, with plenty of walking on your doorstep. Oct 2011.
rd comment: What a fantastic place - so peaceful, and with the most incredible views. Great walking straight from the house, with different scenery in every direction. Lovely! Sept 2011.
th comment: A lovely property with stunning views and perfect for a romantic getaway. The property is reached by a rough track/road so is really only suitable for a 4x4 vehicle. We will be back to visit again. Sept 2011.
th comment: A truly wonderful retreat to get away from it all. Surrounded by mountains and wildlife we couldn’t have wished for a better position. Accommodation 1st class, though would benefit from a barbecue to enjoy outside living in the summer. Need to take on board the fact that a 4-wheel drive is recommended as the road certainly takes its toll on a car. Will be visiting again in the future. July 2011.
th comment: Fabulous location, lovely hosts, very comfortable spacious accommodation. One of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. May 2011.
th comment: Superb location for an excellently equiped property. Breathless views. Genial hosts, highly recommended. April 2011.
th comment: The beauty of the cottage was its relatively remote location. I did not realise this until after I had committed to it and the prospect of access by 3 miles of unmade road had worried me. In fact access was not a problem at all and the seclusion at the end of it was a delight. May 2011.
