A completely self contained cottage attached to the owners home, situated in the small hamlet of Campmuir 2 miles from Coupar Angus with peaceful and relaxing views over the countryside and Sidlow Hills.
It is an ideal holiday base for exploring Majestic Perthshire with its attractive nearby towns of Dunkeld, Blairgowrie, Pitlochry, Aberfeldy and Crieff, also close to Scone Palace, Glamis Castle, Perth and Dundee.
The location of the property makes for excellent countryside for walkers, golfers and anglers.

All on ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin (can be double) with en-suite shower room and toilet. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

1st comment: Very friendly helpful people. A superb bungalow with a lovely woodburner stove which we definitely needed the use of even in May. Though we were attached to the owners property they were always there if need but not at all intrusive. May 2012.
