This wood clad open plan, single storey chalet style studio, in an elevated position with spectacular views over the Den of Ogil Reservoir and surrounding countryside makes a cosy romantic retreat.
It is situated in the lovely open countryside of Glenogil only 12 miles from Kirriemuir which is steeped in folklore and history. The creator of Peter Pan, novelist and dramatist J.M. Barrie was born here in 1860.
North of Kirriemuir are the beautiful glens for which Angus is famous. Glamis Castle the legendary setting for Shakespeare’s Macbeth is only 10 miles away.

2nd comment: Excellent property to get away from it all. Well equipped in every way, even has all the books and games you need if the weather keeps you indoors. July 2011.
3rd comment: The chalet was lovely and watching the red squirrel feeding and the other wildlife during the day together with watching the bats fly every evening made it just idyllic. The only thing that confused us to start with was the lack of an oven but we soon got to grip with the multi-function microwave/grill! June 2011.
