Customer Reviews of The Mill, Kirriemuir, sleeps 10
st comment: An excellent cottage very remote but just what we wanted. Stunning views and lovely walks. Good to get the incoming phone number before you go off the owners as there is no mobile signal for miles. The water comes from the stream and we drank it all week with no problems at all. The kitchen is very well equiped - don’t forget your dishwasher tablets. The washing machine is a god send with the chidlern playing in the stream. A perfect place for a relaxing gholiday. We got a tesco order delivered on our first day so did not have to worry about shopping. April 2012.
nd comment: Superb! Feb 2012.
rd comment: Beautiful location albeit it a little bit too far to trek back to Kirriemuir which takes a good 15 mins by car -- but through magnificent scenery. If someone wants to relax remotely away from everyday life then this is the place for them. Oct 2011.
th comment: Fantastic location. Quite remote with great scenery. Really well appointed, modern new refurbishment to a very high standard, although still maintained a homely warm feel possibly due to the unusual incorporation of the waterwheel and log fire within the property. Our party of eight were comfortably accommodated although we did have ten for a couple of nights and were pleased that there was enough room. Feb 2011.
th comment: Great getaway location with good walks nearby (challenging hills though!) and very high standard of accommodation. Superb original mill retains character. Dec 2010.
