Customer Reviews of Teviot Cottages - Garden Cottage, Sleep 4
1st comment: The location was perfect, out on it’s own in the countryside, but near enough to civilization to run out for groceries etc. We were looking for a get-away to ensure we (and our dog) were no where near the fireworks, and we certainly found that. The wood burner was lovely to come back to after we came back in from walking. Nov 2011.
2nd comment: Wonderful cottage in a secluded location. We enjoyed the 20 minute walk into Denholm on country roads (shortcut via Borders Abbeys way) and visited the two friendly pubs. Loved the cottage, it was very well equipped, just a word of caution regarding the sloping ceilings in both bedrooms. Nov 2011.
3rd comment: My wife and I were looking to "get away from it all" for a week, and for us, it was ideal. We were not far from amenities. The seclusion might not suit everyone but it definitely suited us. Oct 2011.
