Close to the centre of this picturesque spa village, renowned for its interesting architecture, the grounds have delightful views to surrounding hills and the imposing height of Ben Wyvis. Visitors can enjoy a challenging golf course, river and loch fishing, or many pleasant country walks. Strathpeffer is also an excellent base for exploring the nearby Black Isle, the majestic mountains of Glen Affric, or the magnificent North West Highlands.

Local shops and hotel/restaurants are all within easy walking distance and the larger shops and many leisure amenities of Dingwall are just 3 miles away. Originally built as an annexe over the stable block of the house, the property is reached by steps or a fairly steep path from the parking area.
