In a slightly elevated position with spectacular views over Loch Fyne, this lovely detached holiday cottage is in the scenic village of Strachur. The cottage boasts two conservatories and a sun terrace overlooking the loch. The rear garden is safe for children. The interior is cosy and homely with a lovely charm of its own and all rooms are on one level.
The local shop and tea room are across the road and there is a hotel and pub within easy walking distance. There are excellent amenities locally including diving and sea angling on the loch to catch sea trout and mackerel. A few miles away is "Puck’s Glen" a very magical place to stroll with gushing waterfalls and enchanting rock pools. Visitor attractions including Inveraray Castle and Jail make an interesting day out. Walking, cycling and golf are popular in this beautiful area and there are wonderful restaurants specialising in local produce.
1 double and 1 twin bedroom, lounge with multi-fuel stove and patio doors to terrace open plan to conservatory/kitchen/dining area, conservatory/reading room, bathroom (corner bath with shower over). Cooking by electricity, gas central heating plus stove. Fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, television, DVD/CD player. Bed linen is provided.
