Ideally situated for easy access to St Andrews, Perth, Edinburgh or Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. Walk around the Loch to Vane Farm RSPB Reserve or take a boat to see the island where Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned. Shop 10 yards, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

3rd comment: We found Roselea to be a well equipped, comfortable and spacious cottage with a wonderful view of Loch Leven and the hills beyond. Televisions in all the bedrooms came in handy when it rained heavily for several days! The owners were extremely helpful and informative about the local area. Lots of interesting places to visit without travelling too far e.g. Stirling Castle, Edinburgh, Perth, St Andrews and East Neuk’s coastline and the Scottish Deer Park near Cupar. July 2011.

5th comment: A very warm welcome from the owners gave us a good start to our holiday. The cottage has wonderful views of Loch Leven and is opposite a shop and garage. It’s the perfect setting for touring and we visited St Andrew’s, Edinburgh, Arbroath, Pitlochry and Dundee during our week. We would highly recommend this propeerty.It has a warm cosy feel and all the amenities you would wish for. Our children loved the flat screen TV’s in each bedroom.The garden is large and has fantastic view. The owners even put out benches and a picnic table for us as the weather was so good. March 2011.

15th Comment The property was nicely decorated, very clean and the owners were very helpful. Only downside ( which we knew when we booked) is that there is only 1 bathroom for a house which sleeps 6, which can lead to queues in the morning! March 2010.
