Set within 200 acres of grazing land, on the edge of Palacerigg Country Park, this beautiful detached house is the perfect retreat to enjoy country living.
This stunning holiday house is spread over two levels and the spacious interior is bright, tastefully decorated and well appointed. There is a large garden with patio terrace and garden furniture to sit out and enjoy the surroundings and activities.
The house is in the grounds of a British Horse Society Riding School and there are excellent hacking facilities for the novice or more experienced rider. The country park is on the doorstep and is a home to a diverse variety of wildlife including badgers, roe deer, hawks and owls. Glasgow is 15 mins and Edinburgh 40 mins. Cumbernauld (2 miles) has excellent facilities including indoor swimming pool, cinema, shops, hotels and pubs.
Ground level - lounge, sitting room, kitchen / dining room with patio doors to sun terrace, utility room, formal dining room, cloackroom with wc.
First floor - Master bedroom with super king bed, and en-suite bathroom with separate shower unit, 2 double bedrooms, 1 room with zip link beds (can be twin or superking), family bathroom with separate shower unit. Cooking by electricity, LPG gas central heating. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, television, DVD player, Broadband, Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels provided.
