Self catering BBQ package in the Island.

Your day starts with a short speedboat transfer from Luss to the island where one of our staff will greet you and act as your ‘host’ for the day.

The island that we take you is Inchcailloch. It has a beautiful sheltered beach with fantastic views to the Luss hills Ben Lomond and beyond.

The island includes toilet facilities but we would provide all BBQ equipment tables chairs gazebo and rubbish bins etc. Bring your own food and drinks in a cool box and cook.

Apart from the beach there are woodland paths that leads to an impressive viewpoint of an old ruined church with ancient burial ground. Explore the island fully rather than spent your whole time just to eat drink and make merry.

This package is suitable for larger groups and our standard itinerary for a group of 28 persons would be as follows:

12:00 - 12:20: 2 boats outward journey max 14 persons
12:20 - 12:40: empty boats return to Luss
12:40 - 13:00: 2 boats outward journey max 14 persons
13:00 - 13:20: empty boats return to Luss BBQ
13:00 - 18:00: island visit BBQ drinks

17:40 - 18:00: empty boats return to island
18:00 - 18:20: 2 boats return journey max 14 persons
18:20 - 18:40: empty boats return to island
18:40 - 19:00: 2 boats return journey max 14 persons

For operational reasons we normally recommend a group size of 28 persons or less but larger groups will be accepted up to a MAXIMUM of 42 persons.
