Situated on a working farm on a quiet country road just 3 miles from the little town of Duns and only 15 minutes’ drive from the coast, this pretty, detached holiday cottage is a haven of peace. It has an enclosed garden, ideal for ball games or relaxing and taking in the rolling views of the Whiteadder Valley. Outdoor activities nearby include golf, local permit fishing, cycling and hill walking in the Lamermuirs. There are historic houses aplenty to enjoy such as Manderston, Paxton House, Floors Castle and Bamburgh Castle. Edinburgh is an easy hour’s drive. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
