This charming, detached, single-storey holiday cottage is located in the quiet village of Newton on the banks of Loch Fyne. It has direct access to the shore and boasts stunning views over the loch to the mountains beyond. It is ideally located to explore the beauty of the Cowal Peninsula, Inveraray, Oban and the Western Isles. Only 30 minutes from Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, the area is popular with walkers and cyclists. Wildlife is abundant, whilst golf, horse riding and fishing are within easy reach. Shop and pub 4 miles.

1st comment: Lovely cottage. Beautiful surroundings. Owner attentive and very helpful. We will go again to this cottage. The photo on the site does not do justice to the wonderful loch side views, and the size of the garden area, which is much bigger and much more scenic than he web site shows. Grounds are amazingly well kept. June 2012.

5th comment: Excellent lochside position in very quiet location. Kitchen equipment was barely adequate. Living room and dining room comfortable and welcoming. Overall a great place to come back to at the end of each day, or just to stay in and relax at. July 2011.
