2nd comment: I cant quite grasp why otherwise excellent accommodation would not have a non stick frying pan or a modern TV. We cant recommend the Balmacarra Hotel for food but there is great food closeby at Plockton. June 2011.

9th comment: The location is excellent as a centre, allowing easy access to wonderful places such as Skye, Glenelg, Applecross. The immediate surrounding area, that is in a ten mile radius, has plenty to interest walkers and fishermen. May 2009.

13th Comment We had a fabulous holiday here. A month would not have been nearly long enough! The views are stunning, the cottage is first class, the hospitality and welcoming is fantastic and you are well placed to visit all local attractions. 15th Comment A very comfortable cottage with wonderful views. The open fire wasn’t laid as promised in the write-up. Also we were apparently the first visitors of the season and it would have been nice if the central heating had been put on before we arrived rather than when we were there as the cottage was a bit chilly.
