It has a sun room that has magnificent views of its own private landscaped garden. Excellent walks abound in the immediate vicinity as well as along the banks of the River Earn. A more strenuous hike up Moncrieffe Hill to the north offers the reward of splendid views of the surrounding countryside. Fishing can be arranged locally in one of the many rivers, streams and lochs in the area and 12 golf courses are within a 10-mile radius. The charming city of Perth is just 4 miles away with its superb concert hall, theatre and a wide array of shops, pubs and restaurants. Country/hill walks can be enjoyed from the doorstop, and Fife’s East Neuk with its quaint fishing villages and the capital Edinburgh are within an hour’s drive. Easy access to Glasgow.
