This attractive town cottage has been converted from a former stable and has its own south-facing terrace and walled garden – within walking distance of all the amenities of historic Linlithgow, with fine views over the Royal Palace, its parkland and loch. Delightfully set in the grounds of the owner’s home, it is furnished with antique pine and has great charm and character. Shops, restaurants, bars, leisure centre, canal and a railway station with regular 20-minute links to Edinburgh can all be found within a few hundred yards. Many places of interest in the Forth area, including famous golf courses, outlet shopping, Falkirk Wheel, country parks and Stirling Castle (20 minutes by car). Convenient for Edinburgh, Glasgow and southern Scotland. Cosily heated, this property is ideal for holidays at any time of the year. Shops 100 yards.

1st comment: We had a fantastic week at Garden Cottage. It is a great base for trips within Linlithgow and further afield. The bedrooms (downstairs) are really cosy, and the living area light and airy. April 20o12.
