Sitting at the edge of an unspoiled fishing village adjacent to open countryside this charming classic 1930s family house retains many period features giving it an old fashioned charm. Bright spacious rooms with high ceilings and contemporary furnishings reflect the atmosphere of a more gracious bygone age but with the addition of modern appliances and comforts and the upper rooms have expansive views out to sea and inland to the surrounding hills. There are enclosed front and rear gardens and off street parking. The village centre, beach, harbour and links golf course are within walking distance as is the historic old original Seatown area where quaint fishermans cottages nestle along the shore.
All along the coast are picturesque villages, dramatic cliffs, sandy coves, and lovely paths with panoramic views of the Moray Firth where dolphins and seals can often be seen. Inland quiet country roads lead through fertile farmland to pretty little market towns, the Speyside Whisky Trail and the Aberdeenshire Castle Trail. The cities of Inverness and Aberdeen are both an hours drive.
