Customer Reviews of Croftbank, Coupar Angus - Sleeps 6
st comment: Warm well equipped cottage, in great location for touring Perthshire attractions. April 2012.
nd comment: Croftbank was cosy, clean and quiet with a spacious kitchen and very useful enclosed courtyard for our dogs. It was lovely and private to sit out and we enjoyed 2 meals al fresco - in April, in Scotland - because of sunny weather. April 2012.
rd comment: Fantastic house, clean comfortable & well equipped. The owner came on first day to apologise for a stain on the lobby carpet caused by previous visitors, so we knew we were not to blame with our dogs! Also delivered a new hoover. This is our 2nd visit to this property and would highly recommend it. Oct 2011.
th comment: Great property - really felt like a home from home. Everything that we needed was there. Warm and cosy - a real fire would make the property complete. The beds were very comfy and we all slept very well. We did find it quite hard to find in the dark when we arrived but got there in the end. Lovely welcome tray - very much appreciated. The location was great - we didn’t drive more than an hour to get to anywhere we wanted to see. Glamis Castle was lovely - the American tour guide was fantastic. Edradour Distillery was a good trip out - just outside Pitlochry so we were able to do places in one day. St Andrews is only about an hours drive away and well worth a visit - great shopping. Smokies from Arbroath have to be tasted - gorgeous for breakfast. We didn’t see the owners at all during our visit but we had no problems. Our dog felt very at home in the enclosed back ’yard’. We had great weather for our visit - snow already on Glenshee! Coupar Angus has is a really compact town with all the shops we needed. A large Tesco is available in Blairgowrie. The Indian restaurant in Coupar Angus got really good reviews - being from the current curry capital (Bradford) that is an excellent recommendation. Oct 2011.
