Situated close to the shores of Loch Linnhe and the famous Caledonian Canal, these apartments offer comfortable accommodation in a quiet village setting. Just 4 miles from the centre of Fort William, the outdoor capital of the UK, they make an ideal base for enjoying the wide variety of activities available in this beautiful part of the highlands. The local scenery has been used as the backdrop for many well known films such as Braveheart and Rob Roy, and a journey on the West Highland Steam Train (seasonal) takes you past the Glenfinnan Viaduct as depicted in one of the Harry Potter films. Take a trip on a gondola up Aonach Mor, now boasting a dry ski slope, or try the World Championship mountain bike course. Golden Eagles, wild deer, otters and dolphins are just some of the wildlife often seen in the area. Fishing, climbing, horse riding, walking, golf and a variety of water sports are available locally, and Loch Ness, Glencoe, Oban and the Isle of Skye are also easily accessible. 2nd comment: The property was in a fantastic location, very well equipped and very clean. Great views from the kitchen. The owner gave us excellent tips. Lots to do outdoors. Ben Nevis, Fort William,The Jacobite, Glenfinnan and Oban are all within an easy drive. Lots of nice restaurants around too. Aug 2011.

4th comment: No complaints - property bigger sized than expected-had good collection of books too. Cutlery and glasses were more than adequate. Very close to co-op store which was extremely convenient for a self catering apartment.our family truly enjoyed the stay. July 2011.

9th comment: This apartment was in tip top order with everything that you would wish for in your home environment, it was spotlessly clean in good decor and superb choice of household articles and furniture. Mrs Campbell came to welcome us and explained to us the property and its contents and then went into detail of places to eat at not to eat in; and she had made up a book of interesting places to go and visit.
