Set near an RSPB nature reserve and close to Glen Affric, the Great Glen Way and Drumnadrochit, the area is renowned for the stunning scenery, abundance of wildlife and large number of outdoor pursuits.
Lots of woodland trails on the doorstep for mountain biking and horse riding or fishing on one of the many small hill lochs. Loch Ness is 6 miles to visit the ruins of Urquhart Castle or take a boat trip.
Slightly further afield is Inverness, the Highland capital, with a wide range of shops, restaurants, and cultural and leisure amenities.
Fort William, the Isle of Skye, Aviemore and Wick are all within a day’s drive. Or just relax on the verandah and watch the ever changing scenery in this beautiful part of the Highlands.
