Bruadair is a Grade II listed, end-terrace cottage situated on the outskirts of the market town of Aberfeldy in Perthshire. This cottage set over three floors sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and two second floor twins, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with electric fire, and a sun room. Outside there is roadside parking, and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Bruadair is a superb cottage close to many walks, cycle routes, and attractions, such as Dewar's World of Whisky.

This is a very comfortable, spacious home which has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen is a real heart of the home; a place for gathering and chatting after dinner. I visited with friends and we all felt we had sufficient space. The location is ideal - convenient to walk into Aberfeldy for meals or shopping etc. but also very quiet. We all feel this is one place we would like to return to.

Bruadair is an excellent equipped cottage with plenty of space. The enclosed garden provided peace of mind for the dog and children! Aberfeldy is a great location, good local amenities, the park is good for all ages. The swimming pool was well equipped, clean, with very friendly staff, the kids had a great time. We will definitely be back.
