Braevaal Holiday Cottage in Lairg - Sleeps 4
Braevaal is a charming, whitewashed cottage, 1.5 miles from the village of Lairg at the southern tip of Loch Shin in the Northern Scottish Highlands. This is a remote area of Scotland with few road and fewer visitors - perfect for walking and exploring in solitary splendour.
The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms, comprising a double and a twin, together with a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen with sitting area and woodburning stove, a utility and a dining room with comfy seating.
To the outside of the cottage is ample off road parking and a front enclosed lawned garden with picnic bench with wonderful views over the countryside.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with sitting area and woodburning stove. External utility. Dining room with comfy seating.

Notes
- Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
- Sorry, no smoking.
- Shop and pub 1.5 miles.
- No children under the age of 5 years old.
- Both bedrooms have sloping ceilings.
- The access track to the property is through a field; this should be driven with care as it is steep and uneven and can become muddy and slippery - a 4 wheel drive is recommended. The track must always be kept free of vehicles to ensure the farmer easy access to his sheep.
- Due to sheep in surrounding fields, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
